ITAT is a quasi judicial institution set up in January, 1941 and specializes in dealing with appeals under the Direct Taxes Acts. The orders passed by the ITAT are final, an appeal lies to the High Court only if a substantial question of law arises for determination. MR. JUSTICE CHANDRAKANT VASANT BHADANG

Born on 5 November 1960 at Khamgaon, District Buldhana. Graduated in Science from G.S. College of Commerce, Science, and Arts, Khamgaon in 1981. Obtained LL.B. Degree from Nagpur University and was enrolled as an Advocate on 5 December 1984.
