New to e-Filing Portal?

If you are an Assessee, visit Assessee Login page. If you are an Assessing Officer, visit Assessing Officer Login page. You can use One Time Password (OTP) or Pre-Validated Code (PVC) to login.

E-Filed an Appeal earlier?

Visit Appeal Dashboard to view the e-Filing details, rectify defects, or file documents and petitions therein. You can login to the Appeal Dashboard using Password or using OTP / PVC.

Are you a Departmental Representative?

Departmental Representatives can access the e-Filed appeals using DR Login with OTP / PVC or DR Login with Password.

However, to access the e-Filing Portal, the DRs have to intimate their Name & Designation, Email and Mobile in writing to the respective Bench of the Tribunal.

Not receiving the Email or Mobile OTPs on time?

Network traffic can sometimes delay delivery of OTPs via Email or Mobile. To save time in such occasions, prevalidate your Email and Mobile beforehand. Once pre-validated, you will receive Pre-Validation Codes (PVC) in your Email and Mobile which are valid for one month from the date of generation. You can use the PVC instead of OTP for login in the e-Filing Portal.
