Enrolled as an Advocate in the month of January, 1995 with Bar Council of Delhi Practiced as an Advocate from January 1995 till October 2007 in all branches of Civil Law, Service Law, Constitutional Law, Arbitration Law etc.  Appeared regularly before Hon’ble Delhi High Court, Central Administrative Tribunal, District Court, DRT, DART, Arbitration Tribunal.  Conduct Trial before Trial Court and Hon’ble High Court apart from representing in the matter of appeals, writ petitions, revision etc.  Appeared as Addl. Standing Counsel/Senior Standing Counsel of Union of India before Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Principal Bench, CAT: Delhi, District Courts of Delhi and other Appellate Tribunal and Arbitration Tribunals. Worked as Senior/Standing Counsel of Unio of India for 9 yrs. Worked as panel Advocate of MTNL, MCD, BSNL, State Bank of Indore and represented all Govt. of India Departments in large number of cases before Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, District Court, CAT and other Tribunals/Appellate Tribunals.
