He is a Commerce and Law Graduate. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He has undergone Diploma Course of Information System Audit conducted by ICAI. He has practiced more than 25 years in Jamnagar and in Rajkot.

He has vast experience and exposure in direct and indirect taxes. He has also undertaken arbitration proceedings of his clients. He has travelled to USA and Finland on Official capacity of Rotary Member and Germany and UAE on Official Capacity of his profession. He has served as President/Chairmen of Jamnagar Branch of WIRC of ICAI, Income Tax Practitioner Association of Jamnagar, Rotary Club of Jamnagar.

He has also served as Vice President and Joint Secretary of Jamnagar Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He has served as consultant to various local bodies and in various committees of ICAI. He has appeared before CBDT Chairmen, DGFT, GST Commissionerate for matter relating representation or appellate proceedings. He has also appeared before the PCIT in various proceedings and also appeared in ITAT Rajkot, CESTAT & GVAT tribunal at Ahmedabad on behalf of clients.
