Rahul Chaudhary joined the bar in the year 2005 after obtaining bachelors degree in law from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Having spent his formative years with the leading law firms, he started representing clients before various courts and forum in Delhi in corporate tax, business and commercial disputes. In 2015, he was appointed as Sr. Standing Counsel for the Income Tax Department and represented Revenue before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court. He was also appointed as arbitrator to adjudicate commercial disputes. He had more than 15 years of experience of dealing with domestic and international tax disputes.
